From Japan, we move to Slovenia, represented by, among others, Branko Ambrožič. He is a highly experienced (since 1992) and awarded pilot. He has competed in numerous competitions around the world, but has never been to Poland. "This will be my first visit to Poland, which has been on my list for a long time. And I know we'll have a great time there!" Branko happily responds at the thought of competing in the Town of Glass.
We asked him about his expectations and his most important goal for the world's largest ballooning event – "My expectations are primarily to fly safely and honestly. I will try to make as few mistakes as possible and spend a lot of time with friends new and old. I am guided by the Olympic spirit: 'the important thing is to play, not to win.'"
"It's crucial that we prioritize the game, not the results. Let's win with greater skill, knowledge, and luck! We look forward to the renowned Polish hospitality!"
